It’s Thursday, so that means I’m contributing my weekly post over at the Confabulator Cafe.

I’m the nostalgic sort, but not when it comes to writing. Usually I’m more concerned with deadlines and what’s next on my calendar. This week, however, all the writers at the Cafe are taking a look backward. Instead of tackling a new assignment, we’re reflecting on our favorite posts of 2012.

So, what makes a good post great? Is it the poetry of the language? The deep, meaningful insights it conveys? Or is a great post one that shakes things up a little? Check out my post, “Greatest Hits of 2012,” and feel free to leave some comments over there.
